MJ Skin & Hydration accepts all major credit and debit cards, including Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, cash, and Cherry Financing. A 3% discount applies to cash payments.
Checks are not accepted.

To use Cherry Financing, clients must apply through the official MJ Skin & Hydration Cherry Financing link. Please note that Cherry Financing is practice-specific and applications must be completed through our designated link.


Appointment Punctuality

At MJ Skin & Hydration, we value your time and strive to maintain an efficient schedule for all clients. We kindly ask that you arrive on time and ready for your appointment.

Arriving late may impact the duration or availability of your scheduled services in order to accommodate other clients.


Grace Period

If services cannot begin within 10 minutes of the scheduled appointment time due to client delay, one of the following may apply:

  • Your treatment time may be shortened and/or services adjusted, or

  • Your appointment may be rescheduled for a later date. A $50 late/rescheduling fee will apply if the change occurs outside the 24-hour cancellation window.

Clients with two or more no-shows or late cancellations may be required to prepay in full prior to future scheduling.


Cancellation & No-Answer Policy

A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. Your card will not be charged unless:

  • Services are completed,

  • Your appointment is canceled outside of policy guidelines, or

  • Services cannot begin within 10 minutes of your scheduled time due to client no-show or delay.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all appointment changes or cancellations. Appointment reminders are sent via text message 24 hours prior to your scheduled visit.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 non-refundable fee.
No-show appointments will also incur a $50 non-refundable fee.

By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies. Credit card disputes for agreed-upon policy fees may result in restricted future booking privileges.

Minimum Age Policy

Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and must be at least 13 years of age to receive IV hydration services. The parent or legal guardian must remain present for the duration of treatment.

No injectable treatments will be performed on individuals under the age of 18, regardless of consent. This includes neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and intramuscular (IM) injections.

Due to FDA regulations, clients under 18 are not eligible for weight loss services. Please consult your pediatrician for guidance.


Photo Release

Clinical photographs are required for medical documentation and treatment progress tracking.
A separate photo release form must be completed if you consent to the use of images for marketing or social media purposes.

All clinical photographs are confidential and securely stored in your patient record.


Our Provider

Marguerite Johnson is a Certified Nurse Practitioner with experience in the medical field since 2012. She maintains active licensure in the state of Texas, is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), and stays current through continuing education to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality patient care.
